Staff is nice and polite, but accomodation is nowhere near 4 stars that they like to dispkay next to hotel name. Four of us stayed for two nights in two sparate rooms. One room was too hot with only one small roof window and the other was cold and janitor was asked to fix it since there were no valves that you can use to control heating by hand (he used pliers to do it). There's not enough electrical sockets to use for charging two phones and a laptop. And even when you disconnect one, there is no table to put your device on it. You cannot turn lights on or off from the bed. Light is located on the wall directly above the TV set, so it's more annoying than helpful. Electrical socket in the bathroom is loose, so it's probably unsafe to use it. Towels - two regular and two large ones for two persons and they change them every two days. There was no hot water when we entered the room. Bad experience. I will never go back there.

I don't know where to start! Very rude stuff! No sense for business and customer care! My story was like that. Initially, we decided to visit Zlatibor, since my son was enrolled in "MAXIMA" basketball camp. I've booked a room in this place because they advertized very well, it seemed like a luxurious place, with a very nice spa and swimming pool. Unfortunately, that was a lie. What actually made me write this review is the emergency situation that we got on the very first day of our stay. My son wasn't accepted to stay in the basketball camp without parents being with him since he was suffering from depression and stuff from the camp didn't want to take responsibility for his well mental being to that told me regarding him to be accepted I must stay with him. So I went to Club Satelit stuff right away and I explained to them our emergency situation and that we had to leave the hotel and I asked for a refund. But they refused. I understand they have no refund policy, but in case of an emergency, you should have some adequate solutions. They didn't offer any of those solutions. Simply they didn't show basic humanity and understanding for customer situations. I was asking to talk to the manager for couple of days and they refused to connect us, they kept saying that manager is too busy and that is not there? They simply avoided to talk about this issue. And that ignoring made my anger even worse. They only care for their money and that's all about their business. If they advertise themself as a very modern and luxurious place, they should modernize their customer service as well. I can't stand non-humanity, so that's why I give to this place big 1!!! To have a good business skills require a certain cultural level, but it seems those guys they don't have it. Beside very rude and impolite stuff, not willing and basically avoiding to help you, regarding the place itself I could say that even the place was maybe 3 stars hotel, nothing special, rooms were tight with a small little window on the roof, hard to take a breath. The swimming pool was a real swamp. Dirty yellow-greenish water, space with no ventilation, so somebody with lung or heart problems could not breathe. Also, the outdoor spa wasn't working for the whole time of our staying, with the excuse that there was rain? Overall my experience was very bad, I would never recommend anyone this place. If you really have money and you wish to have nice time on your vacation, beter chose something else. I heard that "MONA" is great place to stay.

Unfortunately I cannot give it zero stars! Extremely rude staff and shocking service. My wife is coeliac and we were promised over the phone that there will be something suitable for her. Long story short, the "all-knowing" waiter did everything to spoil our stay and ensure that she could not trust a single meal. He was also more than happy to engage in a rather rude way about it. All in all, New Year's Eve and holidays distroyed. By the way, even for the non-alergy sufferers, the menu was extremely poor and everything was covered with mountains of garlic. The accomodation was not much better either: our apartment was in a separate building and the entrance was a proper health hazard! Stupidly slippery floor and drunken guests knocking on our door at 1am. Simply, AVOID!
